Before starting, we mutually agree on the final price and project details to ensure no surprises.

• · Do not redistribute, claim, copy, edit, or use without permission.
• · Only the original commissioner may re-upload the artwork — with credit.
• · I may display, post, or sell prints/merch unless private or commercial rights are purchased.

Copyright infringement includes:

• · Using the artwork commercially without rights
• · Taking credit for the artwork
• · Removing watermarks/signatures
• · Altering the artwork without consent

Commercial Rights = x2.5 original price

• · Allows merch, book covers, brand promotion, edits
• · Credit is still required

Private Commission (not shared publicly) = x1.5 original price
